PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — Despite the rain and wind, Eagles fans flocked to South Philadelphia on Sunday to bring home the win.

Expect nothing less from Eagles fans regardless of the weather.

“It’s always sunny in Philadelphia, baby, you know what I’m saying?” explained Preston Kramer of Norfolk, Virginia.

From rows of tents to roasting fires, tailgaters had plenty of food and drink to keep them warm while the rain poured down. Some tents even glowed on the holiday.

“We’ve been coming here for 20 years, it’s going to be a big game,” said Bob Schlossberg of Newark, Delaware, before the Eagles took on the Packers.

Fans were also decorated.

“Do you know I stood in line for two hours to get that hat?” said Wanda Hargrave of West Oak Lane.

In the sea of green, you can spot Packers fans.

While Jennifer Bivens is an Eagles fan, her one sister is rooting for a different team.

“She’s being treated very badly … and if they beat us, I probably won’t be able to talk to her for at least a week,” Bivens teased.
