Hint: Rosemary Reshetor, NCBE’s director of assessment and research, said of the recent scores: “The national average for this July’s MBE administration was very close to last year’s average, suggesting that overall passing scores may also be close to what we saw last year. However, it is important to remember that score distributions and passing scores often vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, even if there is national stability of scores.’
