Summer is the perfect time for kids to get up, go out and explore.

The YMCA of Methuhen, Edison, Woodbridge and South Amboy (MEWSA) are delighted to have the opportunity to offer your children another fun summer. Y believes that all children have great potential and deserve the opportunity to learn who they are and what they can achieve through the rich experience that summer camp offers.

While these were unprecedented times, times that challenge us individually and as a community, The YMCA camps with MEWSA provide children with a safe, familiar and enjoyable environment to learn outdoors, build confidence and develop skills, building lasting friendships and memories.

Our summer camps with a day stay will open from June 20 for vacationers aged 5-13. Locations in Metuchen, Edison, South Amboy, Woodbridge and Piscataway will provide a traditional day camp from 8am to 5pm, with available care options before and after.

While vacationers and parents can count on compliance with all safety guidelines provided by state and local health departments, the benefits of the camp remain unchanged. The social, emotional and physical benefits provided by the camp will be more beneficial in 2022 than ever before. Kids will be able to step up and reconnect with friends.

If you have financial difficulties, eligible families can get financial help.

Registration is now open, for those families who register before April 15, there is a special promotion “Early Records”.

Provide the best summer for your child in Y.
