At Delores Deli on 2nd Street owner Peter Miglin spent the morning preparing 20 trays of haga, their most sought after order for the game.
“From chicken cutlets to vegetable hags, to everything under the sun, we have it, we do it,” Miglino said.
He also doesn’t mind hurrying. Two years after the pandemic, he began to appreciate the busy days at work.

“It was hard, but you know it’s important that such small businesses keep working. No matter how long it takes you to get your sandwich, we’ll do it, just be patient,” he said.
The Super Bowl is one of the biggest days of the year for the food industry.
Bernie’s Pretzel bakery in Aldan is staffing a storm.
“We’ll probably have about 2,000 extra pretzels out of the 6,000 we normally make every day, and then we’ll have about 50 extra trays for parties,” said owner Michaela Stewart.
She says she is ready for a happy day. While nothing compares to the Eagles Super Bowl a few years ago, at least the Cowboys are also not involved in this game.
“I know I live here in the Eagles country. And every time I go to work, I get in my finger, every day I cross the Ben Franklin Bridge in my Cowboys car, ”said John Belly, a Cowboys fan who lives in Cherry Hill.
