Hamilton – The man known only as “dill” is in a pickle.

Leroy Kuami of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on Wednesday was accused of posing as fed up and kidnapping “thousands of dollars” victims, pretending he could help them with immigration issues, Hamilton police said.

He has been charged with several counts of unauthorized immigration law, theft by deception and attempted theft by deception.

The victims told police that a man known only as “Krop” came to their homes in January, claiming to be a U.S. immigration officer who could help “speed up matters related to their citizenship status” in the country.
