PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) – Police are looking for three men who escaped from a stolen SUV shortly after a shooting broke out in southwest Philadelphia.
It happened around 8pm on Feb. 23 near 54th Street and Chester Avenue.
The video from the surveillance cameras shows an SUV racing on the road when it crashes into a tractor and a car.
The wreckage flies when the SUV spins in the oncoming lane.
Then you can see how the suspect runs away from the wreckage when smoke is thrown from the front of the car.
According to police, a few minutes before the accident the men were involved in the shooting.
Officers found a gun in the SUV.
The SUV was stolen in January.
