MASAPECUA, LONG ISLAND (WABC) – Police are investigating a fatal double stab wound to a home in Nassau County.
Detectives say a 34-year-old man attacked two women at a house Saturday night on North Manhattan Avenue in Masapekwa.
Officers say they arrested the suspect minutes after he tried to commit suicide.
One woman died of her injuries on Sunday morning.
The surviving victim remains in critical condition.
