Three people were trapped in one of the vehicles and had to be extricated from the wreckage, police said.
PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — Philadelphia police are investigating a fatal crash that left two people seriously injured.
The collision happened shortly before 1 a.m. Sunday at Cobbs Creek Parkway and Greenway Avenue in Southwest Philadelphia.
Three people were trapped in one of the vehicles and had to be extricated from the wreckage, police said.
One victim died at the scene, two more people were taken to hospital in serious condition.
There is no word on what caused the cash.
