• Historic village The first Daffodil Days festival will take place in Allentown from March 26 to April 3. The festival includes family activities among 3,000 daffodils.
The parade at noon on March 26 will open more than 30 events (many free) and special promotions for boutiques. Master gardeners will answer questions, and guests will meet with the heroine of the War of Independence Molly Pitcher. There will be an independent tour of the local scenic area. • Take me to the river, March 16 at 19:30 at 19:30 via Zoom will be presented a guide to the waterfront. The presentation is sponsored by the Navesink Maritime Heritage Association. • Free area A parade on St. Patrick’s Day is scheduled for March 13 at the Arts Council. The parade will begin at 1 p.m. from McLean Street to Elks Point. • New society began at the United Methodist Church of Morganville, 215 Conover Road, Marlborough. “Pizza with God” is pizza, followed by music and crafts with youth crafts. • CentraState Medical The center has launched a new online grief support group led by licensed clinical social workers certified in mountain counseling to help people who have experienced the loss of a loved one. The group is open to adult community members who have experienced the loss of a loved one. Private groups provide a safe space without condemnation for participants to share their emotions and struggles. The band meets through Zoom on the first and third Thursday of each month at 3 p.m.
