LAS VEGAS – Fourteen people were shot dead before dawn on Saturday morning in a hookah, and police said one person was killed and two of those affected by the shelling were seriously injured.

The shooting took place around 3:15 a.m., and according to preliminary information, a party took place during which two people quarreled and shot several people, said police captain Dora Koren.

Koren told reporters that there were no arrests and no descriptions of the suspects immediately, but authorities do not believe there is a danger to the general public.

Police contacted the company after several 911 calls, Root said.

Officers guarded the scene and provided assistance, including the imposition of a tourniquet and the introduction of CPR, Koren said.

Investigators tried to determine the types of pistols or guns used in the shooting.

“It’s a pretty big stage, so it’s going to take a while to get through the whole stage,” he said. “We’re not sure exactly what weapon was used and whether there really were two shooters. We believe that there was a shootout, but we are still studying all the information. “

The medical care provided to the victims by the officers who initially responded “certainly made a difference in the case,” Koran said.
