Congressman of New Jersey: Investigating Putin for War Crimes Video

On Friday, Secretary of State Anthony Blinken reiterated President Joe Biden’s promise to help protect all NATO countries in the event of a Russian attack outside Ukraine. But Blinken said the United States and NATO were still unwilling to impose a no-fly zone over Ukraine for fear it would provoke a direct conflict with Russia.

Meanwhile, US Representative Chris Smith (R-NJ) intends to introduce a resolution calling on Russian President Vladimir Putin to investigate war crimes. Smith, a member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, is discussing the crisis and its solution.
