Between December 8 and 9, a burglar broke into a home on Harbarton Ridge Road and stole various items. The items were valued at approximately $300.
Someone used a Brigham Way resident’s Social Security number to file a false claim for Social Security benefits during a reported Dec. 6 incident. The victim became aware of the identity theft incident after she was contacted by New Jersey Department of Labor officials about a Social Security Benefit claim.
The thief took several items from the Pennington Quilt Works store on Tree Farm Road and left without paying for them on December 3. The items were valued at less than $200.
A 43-year-old Hopewell Township man was arrested on an outstanding Burlington County warrant following a Nov. 30 traffic stop on Taylor Terrace. He was processed and taken to the Mercer County Correctional Center without bond.
A 32-year-old Florida man was charged with trespassing after he was found asleep in an office in a building on Bull Run Road on Nov. 28. Police responded to a call that a person had broken into the building. He was processed and released.
A thief removed 180 gallons of home heating oil from a storage tank at a home on Carter Road sometime between November 11 and 27. The oil was valued at approximately $1,000.
