Dutta has one of the best jobs in legal tech. He oversees the development and implementation of Clio’s strategic growth strategy through acquisitions and investments.
He brings to Clio years of M&A experience from both sides of the table as a strategic buyer and divestment consultant, with expertise in sourcing, transaction execution and integration. Prior to Clio, Shubham was Head of Corporate Development at Shopify, covering acquisitions and investments.
