HILLSBOROUGH – The new apartment building at the Hillsborough Center Shopping Center on Route 206 is expected to open Feb. 1.
Pre-leasing activity began in Franklin at HillsboroughA 44-unit building on the corner of the mall between Red Bank Veterinary Hospital and Retro Fitness.
Rents start at $2,350 per month with an introductory offer of three months free rent on a 12 month lease.
The area of ​​one- and two-room apartments is from 1000 to 1300 square meters. Apartments feature large kitchens with islands, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The apartments also have walk-in closets and private outdoor space.
Each apartment has one designated outdoor parking space, and some residences have garage parking.
The apartments were developed in Adoni Property Group, which also owns the 86,381-square-foot center. The center also houses Wells Fargo, Starbucks, Chipotle and Patidar, among other stores.
Coldwell Banker Realty’s Hillsborough/Montgomery office and Coldwell Banker Realty New Homes are serving as leasing and marketing agents.
