NEW YORK (WABC) – New York Attorney General Letitia James is accused of continuing to work with her former chief of staff after allegations of sexual assault.
The New York Times reports that former deputy spokeswoman for the AG, Sofia Quintanar, has sued James, her company, the attorney general’s office and Ibrahim Khan.
Khan resigned in late November amid an investigation into his alleged sexual harassment of several former employees.
The New York Times reports that Quintanar alleged that Hahn groped and kissed her and at least one other person against their will.
Hahn aggressively grabbed Quintanar by the shoulder outside a bar during a political fundraiser in Brooklyn in November 2021, Quintanar said.
She told the Times that Khan “pushed his tongue down her throat”
Khan denied the allegations against him. James’ office said she was unaware of his behavior but believed the accusers.
