Miltown – According to Police Chief Brian Knell, a 24-year-old man from New Brunswick has been charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.
The incident happened around 4 am on March 19th. The man, who was the only one in the car, received minor injuries. No one was injured in the four-family home, Knel said.
Miltovna police responded with representatives of the Miltovna fire service and the Miltovna rescue team.
Residents of the house were relocated for several hours while builders, engineers, utilities and utilities inspected and repaired the damage, police said.
G-Ry Alenik rents one of the apartments in the house.
“I heard a roar and felt the house tremble,” she said. “My husband looked outside and saw a pillar in the yard. When we went outside, the police were already at the scene … We were told to evacuate, because the emergency services thought the property was safe. We were let into the house at about 8 am. “
Alain added that Mayor Trina Mehr came and provided food for their family and first service staff who cleaned up the garbage.
