CAMDEN – A man was killed and a woman was seriously injured in a shooting in East Camden early Friday.
Police found Clint Leavey, 65, fatally wounded about 3:20 a.m. in the 100 block of North 25th Street, the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office said.
Leavy, a Camden resident, was pronounced dead after being taken to Cooper University Hospital.
The female victim, a 54-year-old city resident, was also taken to Cooper. She is reported to be in critical condition with a gunshot wound.
Officers responded to the crime scene after ShotSpotter was activated, prosecutors said.
